Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders for Europe will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please note: Chun cannot be held responsible for delays caused by any of our carriers. Chun has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us below if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
Can I return my order?
Please be aware that matcha is perishable and therefore cannot be returned. We can also not accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you want to return other items, please contact us through the return form.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How do I keep my matcha fresh?
Storing matcha properly is crucial to maintain its freshness and flavour. Here are some tips on how to store matcha:
Keep it airtight
Matcha is highly sensitive to oxidation, which can degrade its flavour and colour. Store it in an airtight container to minimise exposure to oxygen.
Keep it cool
Matcha should be stored away from heat and sunlight. A cool, dark place like a pantry or cupboard is ideal. We love to store our matcha in the fridge.
