Order Processing & Shipment

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process and ship your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on all orders above €50 in EU.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter. Unfortunately it is not possible to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. 

International Shipments

We are proud to be able to offer shipping worldwide and rates will be shown upon checkout (before payment).
The delivery service will be selected based on your country and the shipment address provided.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chun is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, these costs are your responsibility as the customer.

It could appear that we cannot ship to your country or address. In such a case, we will have the right to cancel and refund your order.
