How can I track my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched, accompanied by a link to the appropriate tracking page. You can also track the status of your order at track.aesop.com.*
*Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.
For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.
Do you offer international shipping?
Orders placed on the Aesop France and Aesop Germany websites can be delivered to the markets listed below.
Aesop France
Andorra, Belgium, France, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain
Aesop Germany
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
If you wish to have your order shipped to someone living in another country, please open the destination menu from the website's footer section and select the country you wish to ship to.
From here, you will be redirected to the Aesop website that services your chosen region, and can proceed to order your items. Note that prices will be displayed in the destination’s currency. If you cannot find your preferred destination, regrettably we do not ship to that country at this time.
At checkout, enter your own details under the "billing address" section and the recipient's details under the "shipping address section".
Please note: the order confirmation and tracking email will be sent to the nominated email address entered at checkout. You may wish to forward it to the recipient if needed.
To purchase Aesop products locally, you can locate your nearest Aesop Signature Store or stockist by using the Aesop online store locator.
What is your returns policy?
Online
We offer exchanges or refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition.

*Please note that shipping costs will be at your own expense.
For products purchased via Alipay, PayPal or Klarna
We are unable to process a refund in an Aesop store for purchases made from our online store where payment was made via AliPay, PayPal or Klarna. Please contact our online store to request a return, as per the above guidance.
In-store
Visit one of our Aesop signature stores with your invoice (received by email). Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in an Aesop signature store, department store or elsewhere.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If your original payment method was an Aesop Gift Card, you will receive a replacement gift card by email when your return is processed.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us below if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
