A well-balanced matcha blend from first and second harvest green tea leaves with a medium umami. The taste is rich and slightly more astringent. This grade is ideally used for drinks paired with milk and other confections.

Commonly used in lattes, culinary recipes and smoothies. It’s versatile enough to be mixed with milk or other ingredients.
